Personal Background


I was born in England and lived the majority of that time in or around the City of Oxford. In 2001 I moved to Canada whereby I became a Canadian Citizen. I absolutely love Canada and have made Oakville my home town.

Professional Background


I originally qualified in Oxford as a Medical Scientist and later joined Johnson & Johnson family of Companies where I learnt from one of the best marketers in their field. Later in my career I became CEO of a scientific and pharmaceutical group of Companies with offices throughout Eastern Europe. My experience then took me into China and North America.

Throughout my career I have negotiated contracts with diverse cultures spanning the world and later became involved in Property Investment.

I have taken these qualities and funnelled them into Real Estate when I immigrated to Canada from England in 2001.

I have a passion for Real Estate and been nicknamed by one of my clients "The Barracuda". I negotiate the lowest price for my buyers and the highest for my sellers.

Customer service is extremely important: My clients can reach me 24/7 and my response time is minutes. It is important to be available to answer all queries, however small.


Specialties


Residential home sales and purchases is my preferred specialty.

Divorce is unfortunately part of modern life and one of my forte's has been to de-stress the situation when a house sale is necessary and treat both parties individually but maintaining impartiality - a MUST in these situations.

Purchasing land for redevelopment to build fine homes.
